Loya’s Little House B&B is a good choice for business conferences, meetings, family reunions, and even faculty or church retreats. The venue rental includes three beautifully landscaped lawns with gardens and patio/deck area attached. Additionally, you will have access to our conference room. The conference room includes both a kitchenette and handicap accessible bathroom for your guests’ use.

Rates – The rate for use of the conference room is $250 for four hours, the minimum for booking, and $50 an hour for additional hours. The rates and rental time must include set up and clean up.
