Loya’s Little House B&B is a good choice for business conferences, meetings, family reunions, and even faculty or church retreats. The spacious family, living, and dining rooms can accommodate up to 30 attendees. The big kitchen is also available for drinks, snacks, light meals, or catered events. The front public bathroom is available for your group.

Rates – The rate for use of the main floor of the public portion of the B&B is $100 for the first hour, $50 an hour for additional hours with a 4-hour minimum. The rates and rental time must include set up and clean up.
