Dawn's Suite was added to Loya's "little" house in 2000. Because a bed and breakfast doesn't really need a walk-in closet, the closet has been converted into a small private room for the children or for a couple who doesn't mind a full size bed. The bedroom overlooks the river, east gardens, bird feeding stations, south lawn and patio area, and the original farm buildings.
King bed, full bed in separate room, three chairs, one table, wi-fi, full private bath with whirlpool tub, and large private outdoor deck. For an additional charge, guests can have their breakfast served in the room or on the private deck.

Because we are located on a working farm with livestock around, we cannot ensure the safety and proper handling of your pet in this environment.
